Gluten-free blinis
Ingredients :
130 g gluten-free flour
1 packet of gluten-free yeast
1 egg
150 ml of milk
Olive oil
Salt
Preparation :
In a container mix the flour, yeast, egg yolk (keep the white) and pinch of salt.
Mix by pouring the milk slowly to obtain a thick paste.
Rest this dough for an hour.
Beat the egg whites and mix them gently with the dough.
In an oiled pancake pan, pour a little batter and brown the blinis on both sides.
