Catalan-style tuna
Ingredients

A large can of tuna
Olive oil
2 to 3 onions
A dozen white onions
A dozen pickles
A small can of tomato paste
Some water
2 to 3 tablespoons of pastis
5 cloves
Preparing the Catalan-style tuna recipe
Brown the onions in the olive oil and add the tomato paste, water and cloves. Add the pastis and the gherkins cut into slices, the white onions and the tuna.
Bake for 20 minutes th 7. Refrigerate when cold.
