Chocolate truffles
Ingredient:
125 g of cooking chocolate
100 g of butter
1 egg (yolk)
Preparing Chocolate Truffles
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie.
Mix until the cream is smooth and shiny.
Add the egg yolk.
Place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Pour the cocoa powder into a plate and make balls with the chocolate cream.
Roll the balls in cocoa and put them in boxes.
Place the truffles in the fridge.
