Smoked salmon pancakes
Ingredient for 6 people:
6 buckwheat pancakes
200 g thick crème fraîche
12 slices of smoked salmon
1 teaspoon of paprika
Lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Preparation of smoked salmon pancakes:
Mix the crème fraîche and lemon juice in a bowl.
Add salt and pepper.
On a work surface, spread the buckwheat pancakes and put a layer of crème fraîche and two slices of smoked salmon on top.
Roll the pancakes and sprinkle with paprika.
Put in the fridge.
