Crustless tuna quiche
In a container put in order:
½ liter of milk
3 eggs
100g of flour
100 g grated Gruyère cheese
Salt
Nutmeg
1 can of tuna or (smoked salmon)
Preparing the Tuna Crustless Quiche:
Mix everything well. Pour into a tart pan. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
