Ingredients for Strawberry Tiramisu

  • 200g spoon biscuits
  • 500 g fresh strawberries
  • 250 g of mascarpone
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 lemon (zest)

Preparation of Strawberry Tiramisu

  1. Preparing the strawberries: Wash, hull and cut the strawberries in half. Reserve a few for decoration.
  2. Preparation of the mascarpone cream: Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture turns white. Add the mascarpone and lemon zest, then continue to beat until you obtain a smooth cream.
  3. Assembling the tiramisu: Quickly dip the cookies with a spoon into the strawberry juice. Place a layer of biscuits at the bottom of a dish. Add a layer of mascarpone cream, then a layer of strawberries. Repeat the operation until the ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of cream.
  4. Refrigerate and serve: Refrigerate your Tiramisu with strawberries for at least 2 hours before serving. When serving, decorate with the strawberries you have set aside.
