Mirabelle Plum Flan: The Perfect Sweet and Juicy Dessert!
Ingredients
- 500g mirabelle plums
- 100g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 250ml of milk
- 30g melted butter
- 100g of flour
Preparation
- Prepare the plums: Wash the mirabelle plums, cut them in half and pit them.
- Preheat oven : Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly butter a tart pan.
- Make the flan mixture: In a large bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add the vanilla, milk and melted butter. Add the flour little by little while mixing until you obtain a smooth paste.
- Add the plums: Arrange the mirabelle plums cut in half, cut side down, in the mould. Pour the flan mixture on top.
