Ingredients :
– 200 g of almond paste
– 80 g of powdered almonds
– 80 g softened butter
– 60 g of icing sugar
– 4 cl of orange juice
Preparation
1. Mix the butter with the crumbled almond paste, the mixture should be creamy.
2. Add the almond powder, icing sugar and orange juice.
3. Place the dough in a smooth piping bag.
4. Make balls in small paper boxes.
5. Pour icing sugar over the balls.
