Ingredients :
- 1 shortcrust pastry ready to roll out
- 800g fresh apricots
- 150g powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100g of almond powder
- 20cl of thick crème fraîche

- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and roll out the shortcrust pastry in a 24 cm diameter tart tin. Prick with a fork.
