Ingredients :
– 150 g of chestnut flour
– 100g cornstarch
– 300 ml almond or soy milk
– 2 eggs
– 1 tablespoon of oil
– 1 packet of baking powder
Preparation
1. In a bowl put the chestnut flour and the cornstarch mixed.
2. Add yeast, 1 pinch of salt, eggs, oil and milk.
3. Beat with a whisk or electric mixer until you have a smooth dough.
4. Leave for 2 hours.
5. Cook the pancakes in the oiled pan on each side.
