Ingredients :
– 200 g of sugar
– 200 g of butter
– 100 g of cocoa
– 2 eggs
– 1 glass of cognac
– A few spoon biscuits
Preparation
1. Put the sugar and butter in a salad bowl and mix well.
2. Add the 2 egg yolks and the chocolate.
3. Beat the egg whites and add to the mixture.
4. Add the cognac and mix everything well.
5. Crush some biscuits with a spoon and add them.
6. Place in aluminum foil and roll up.
7. Place in a cool place.
