2 – Put all the ingredients, the flour mixture, the yeast, the salt, the flours, the water and the oil in the bowl of the bread machine
3 – Choose the appropriate gluten-free program
4 – Start the machine and wait for the program to end
Without bread maker
Preparation
1 – In a salad bowl, put the flours and guar gum then mix
2 – Add the yeast, salt, seeds and mix
3 – Pour in the lukewarm water and olive oil then mix again
4 – Cover the salad bowl and let the dough rise for an hour in a warm, draft-free place
5 – After an hour, mix the dough to ensure that the gas escapes
6 – Put the dough in a cake mold, cover with a damp cloth and leave to rest for another hour in a warm place
7 – Bake at 200° for one hour.
Advice :
Place a container of water in the oven while baking the bread to prevent it from drying out.
