Ingredients :
– 250g of flour
– 125 g of sugar
– 65 g of butter
– 1 egg
– 50 g ground walnuts
– 1 packet of vanilla sugar
– 1 packet of baking powder
Preparation
1. Beat the butter, sugar, egg, vanilla sugar and yeast in a bowl.
2. Add the flour and continue to beat until smooth.
3. Refrigerate the dough for 3 hours.
4. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and make different shapes with a cookie cutter.
5. Using a brush, spread the egg yolk over the biscuits.
6. Bake for 10 minutes at 150°/180°.
