Ingredients :
– 150 g of honey
– 100% butter
– 250g of flour
– 250 g orange marmalade
– 1 egg
– 1 packet of dry yeast
– 1 pinch of salt
– 2 tablespoons of powdered ginger
– 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
Preparation
1. Melt the butter with 150 g of honey and leave to cool.
2. Mix the flour and the packet of yeast.
3. Add the ginger powder, cinnamon and salt.
4. Incorporate the butter and honey mixture into the flour mixture.
5. Add the orange marmalade and the beaten egg.
6. Put in a buttered cake mold.
7. Cook for 1 hour, thermostat 5.
