Ingredients :
– 300 g of flour
– 3 eggs
– 30 g of sugar
– 20 g of baker’s yeast
– 30 ml of milk
– 2 tablespoons of oil
– 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
1. Warm a little milk and keep the rest aside.
2. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk.
3. Pour the flour into a salad bowl, add the sugar, salt and oil.
4. Add the eggs and yeast.
5. Mix the dough well with a whisk, adding the rest of the milk little by little.
6. Leave to rest for 1 hour.
7. Cook in an oiled pancake pan.
8. Eat with maple syrup.
