Ingredients :
– 150 g of butter
– 150 g of sugar
– 150 g of flour
– 1 packet of dry yeast
– 3 eggs
– 1 small can of pineapple
– Caramel
Preparation
1. Mix the softened butter with the sugar, then the eggs, flour and yeast.
2. Put the caramel at the bottom of the mold and place the pineapple slices.
3. Save the pineapple juice.
4. Pour the batter over it.
5. Bake at 180°, 30 mins.
6. Unmold while warm and sprinkle with the pineapple juice.
