- 1 kg of firm potatoes
- 1 red onion
- 2 stalks of celery
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper

Step by step preparation:
- Cooking the potatoes: Wash the potatoes and cook them in a large pot of boiling salted water until tender but still firm, about 15-20 minutes. Drain them and let them cool before cutting them into cubes.
