Ingredients :
– 250 g of fine semolina
– ½ l of milk
– 3 eggs
– 1 tablespoon of sugar
– Vanilla sugar
Preparation
1. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
2. The batter should have the same consistency as pancake batter.
3. Cook like pancakes in a hot oiled skillet.
4. When both sides are cooked, put on a plate and sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
