Ingredients :
– 300g flour
– 100 g of butter
– 75 g of powdered sugar
– 2 eggs
– ½ l of milk
– 1 packet of dry yeast
– Salt
Preparation
1. In a salad bowl mix the sifted flour with the yeast and add the sugar, salt and melted butter, lastly the eggs.
2. Add the milk gradually while stirring.
3. Leave this dough to rest for 1 hour.
4. Cook the waffles in a frying pan and serve with icing sugar.
