Ingredient:
# 100 g of Cornflour
# 100 g of gluten-free flour
# 1/2 liter of milk
#4 eggs
# 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
# zest of a lemon
Preparation:
1. In a container put the flour and the cornstarch, dilute with the milk.
2. Add the beaten eggs and the vanilla sugar sachets.
3. Grate the lemon and add the zest to the preparation.
4. Mix everything and let the dough rest for 1 hour.
5. Cook the pancakes in a lightly oiled pan.
6. Enjoy with jam, sugar, chocolate or chestnut cream.
