Gluten-free Panettone recipe
Put in the tank of your MAP:
1 egg and milk (egg plus milk should make 230 g)
60 g of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of fine salt
80g butter
250 g of gluten-free flour
100 g cornstarch
Make a small well in the flour and add a packet of gluten-free yeast, be careful not to put the yeast in contact with the other ingredients.
Return the bowl to the machine and close.
Program the machine to gluten-free or (sweet), 1kg, medium cooked or well cooked color according to your tastes.
To the sound signal you can add:
Raisins, Chocolate in small pieces
