Cooking recipe: Gluten-free shortbread cakes
Ingredients
250 g of gluten-free flour
100 g of sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
125g butter
Preparing Gluten-Free Shortbread Cakes
In a bowl mix the flour, sugar and pinch of salt.
Cut the butter into small pieces and add it.
Knead this dough with your fingers and add the egg.
Make a ball, put this ball in film and leave to rest for 1 hour in the fridge.
Roll out the dough (approximately 1 cm thick) and make shapes with a cookie cutter.
Place baking paper on a baking sheet and place these shapes on it.
Bake in the oven at 170° for 15 to 20 minutes.
