He’s a baby Pichu while Pikachu is more of an adolescent but they both keep the same colors. Yellow for the skin of the body, yellow and black for the ears. Pichu has pointier and larger ears than Pikachu. They also have the same red cheeks, the only difference is in the tail which is black for Pichu and yellow for Pikachu.
