Pizza dough
Ingredients:
You need for 5 or 6 pizzas:
1 kg of flour
½ liter of lukewarm water
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of powdered sugar
1 large spoon of oil
1 cube or 4 sachets of baker’s yeast (mix with a little water)
Preparing the pizza dough:
Place the ingredients in a large container and mix well with your hands. When the dough is no longer sticky, make a big ball.
Put it in the heat so that it rises.
After resting, divide the dough into several balls and roll out the dough on a floured surface.
Oil the baking sheets before adding the dough.
Garnish the pizzas with tomato sauce or cream and (ham, peppers, cheese, seafood, chorizo etc………) as desired.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes th 7 or 8 depending on the oven.
