Recipe Easy vegan red bean pâté

Some pâté with red beans and herbs, to make yourself.

Ingredients :

– A large can of red beans
– One to two tablespoons of olive oil
– Small white onions (like those in pickle jars)
– Salt
– Pepper
– Nutmeg
– Paprika, curry, herbs and pickles.

Preparation (15 minutes)

1 – Rinse the red beans and drain them
2 – Put them in a blender with large blades and add the oil
3 – Mix roughly
4 – Add the onions and mix again a little, but not too much
5 – Add salt, pepper, spices, and herbs
6 – Cut the gherkins into small slices and incorporate them into the pâté
7 – Mix everything well
8 – Put in glass jars
9 – Then refrigerate
