Ingredients :
– 300 g of scallops
– 1 orange
– 100 g of mesclun
– 8 dried tomatoes
– Chive
– Balsamic vinegar and olive oil
Preparation
1. Squeeze the orange to get the juice and set aside.
2. In a salad bowl, mix the mixed greens and dried tomatoes.
3. Mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and season the salad well with it.
4. Brown the scallops in olive oil in a pan until golden brown.
5. Add the orange juice and cook over the heat to reduce.
6. On plates, arrange the mesclun and put the scallops on top.
7. Sprinkle with chives, add 1 slice of orange to decorate.
