Summer Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients :

  • 200g fresh fruit (peaches, plums or berries)
  • 100g flour50g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 50g melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 100ml of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar (optional)

Preparation (10 minutes):

  • Preheat your oven at 180°C.
  • Wash and cut the fruit into pieces, then place them in the bottom of a buttered gratin dish.
  • In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, yeast and salt.
  • Add the egg, milk and melted butter to the dry mixture, then stir until you have a smooth paste.
  • Pour the batter on the fruit irregularly to reveal some pieces of fruit.
  • Sprinkle with vanilla sugar for a little more deliciousness, then bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the top is golden and crispy.
