Preparation :
1. Preparation of the dough:
- In a salad bowl, mix the flour, icing sugar and salt.
- Add the cold butter and work with your fingertips until you obtain a sandy texture.
- Add the egg and mix until a smooth ball of dough forms.
- Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Preparation of the filling:
