Curry Tuna Patties Recipe
For 8 pancakes
300 g canned tuna
2 eggs
40 g of cornstarch
2 teaspoon of curry
Oil for frying
Preparing the Tuna Cakes
Put the tuna in a salad bowl with the beaten egg yolks and the cornstarch, add the curry, salt and pepper, mix everything well.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and add them to the tuna preparation.
Heat the oil in a blini pan.
Fill the pan with the dough, flatten with the spoon to make pancakes.
Cook each side.
Place on absorbent paper and eat hot.
